Conflicts Committee
The Conflicts Committee shall have the following powers:
- To discuss and, as the case may be, approve any operations of the Trust that are intended to be carried out with Persons that are located in at least one of the following two assumptions: (x) that such Persons are related persons of the Manager, the Trustor, PACSA, Fibra Vía and/or any Eligible Company; or (y) that such Persons have a conflict of interest;
- Discuss and, if applicable, approve any increase in the Administration Fee, provided that such increase does not imply that the Administration Fee exceeds 1% (of the Trust's operating income, calculated based on the figures corresponding to the immediately preceding quarter.
