Infraestructura Viable, S.A. de C.V., is a recently created vehicle whose main purpose is to manage the shares representing the capital stock of PACSA and to distribute the amounts generated to the holders of the CBFEs.
Investors participating in the "FVIA" Offering will have access to the flow of infrastructure projects that the trust develops in terms of additional construction, while the main source of payment will be the amounts obtained from the capital distributions from the income generated by the toll fees of the group's concessions.
It should be noted that, unlike real estate FIBRAs, FIBRA E (Fibra Via) invests in shares of companies engaged in hydrocarbons, generation, transmission or distribution of electricity, as well as infrastructure investment projects implemented through concessions, service contracts or any other scheme.

FIBRA VIA seeks to increase EBITDA through annualized average daily traffic growth (AADT) in its concessions, which contributes to value creation. In this regard, we provide access to various infrastructure projects, which generate revenues mainly through concession toll fees, providing a stable revenue stream backed by long-term contracts.
