The Company's external auditors are Galaz, Yamazaki, Ruiz Urquiza, S.C. (Member of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited). The external auditors are selected by the board of directors, based on the opinion of the audit committee.
Galaz, Yamazaki, Ruiz Urquiza, S.C., have been the external auditors of the Company since 2008. To date, the auditors have not issued any qualified opinion nor have they refrained from expressing any opinion with respect to the Company's consolidated financial statements.
On October 12, 2022, the Technical Committee appointed Galaz, Yamazaki, Ruiz Urquiza, S.C. as the Trust's External Auditor for the 2022 fiscal year.
