Carlos Césarman Kolteniuk

Mr. Césarman is a Director, Chief Financial Officer and Director of Investor Relations of Pinfra. Previously, Mr. Césarman worked at Industrias Campos Hermanos and founded Inovamed, a management company dedicated to the healthcare sector. He is currently a professor in the Department of Business Administration and Economics at the Universidad Iberoamericana. Mr. Césarman holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Universidad Anáhuac.
Francisco Javier Alejo

Mr. Alejo is currently controller at Pinfra, an economist, former secretary of the Secretaría de Patrimonio Nacional, former secretary of the Secretaría de Hacienda, former Mexican ambassador to Italy and Japan, former academic at the Colegio de México.
Carlos Bracho González

Mr. Bracho, in 2014, was appointed trustee of GEE Three, LGB; a British trust institution, which has USD 700 million in assets under management. Mr. Bracho earned a degree in public accounting from Universidad Iberoamericana and a master's degree in finance from the University of Rhode Island. In addition, Mr. Bracho has served on several boards, including Banca Serfin and Compañía Hulera Euzkadi. Currently, he actively participates in the executive committees and boards of directors of several companies, such as: Hoteles City Express, Financiamiento Progresemos, Grupo Petroquímico BETA, Sportium and N+1 Mercapital, a Spanish private equity fund.
